A MESSAGE

Dear friends, I am still firm on NOT USING FACEBOOK, ORKUT, TWITTER and SKYPE. If i ever change my mind I certainly will let you know. Those of you who want to get in touch with me certainly can leave a message in any of my blogs.

I blog to write, I DONT USE MY BLOGS FOR ANY KIND OF COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS PURPOSES . Though just like any persons who writes I too will love to see my works published but ....

I update these three blogspot blogs atleast once a month and the four wordpress blogs almost every day, so any one can check on these blogs to confirm if I am still in blogsphere: http://suryagni.blogspot.com; http://suryakana.blogspot.com; http://agnitrisha.blogspot.com; http://magicthought.wordpress.com; http://mydomainpvt.wordpress.com; http://window2mysoul.wordpress.com; http://mycybernovels.wordpress.com ...... sharmishtha basu (25.12.2010)

In the end i will request all my regular readers to just take a look in this piece of writing, so they act a little more cautiously.

never be jealous

Don’t be jealous at the smiling flower
It is glowing with beauty divine I know
Look closely all over that pretty being
You will see lines of sun and wind.

The lines created when she battled
With the fire poured by ruthless sun
Or when the winds tried to tear her
Clawing at her with their furious rage.

Never be fooled by the smiling face
Thinking that they are unduly blessed
Study a little deeper in their life
And you will know that it’s the other way.

Their smile is stable and sweetest
That’s not because they live in heaven
That’s because they have created that bliss
After paying its full price in tears and pain.

Very thought provoking... I love the way you defend the title with that last punch of a line. Terrific!

A very profound message on a theme often featured by you.

I wonder, is there too much of such in your life?

This is so true... especially in Mumbai... the children who live under the flyovers... the life they live... and yet have the courage to smile...

I love you work and read everything... I dont always comment... only because you say everything there is to say...

dear mm,

never been to mumbai or chennai, but i guess its the story of every metro, you will see these people huddled under the tarpaulin sheet braving ruthless nature.

and you will long to pick up their children, give them a good bath and kiss them.
